Richmond

Amy J. DeThomas, 38, of 158 Dover Lane, Richmond, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct on Aug. 19.

Ronald A. DeThomas, 44, of 158 Dover Lane, Richmond, was charged with domestic simple assault and domestic disorderly conduct on Aug. 19.

Matthew Palazzo, 31, of 43A Sherman Ave., Richmond, was charged with operating with a suspended license and presence of alcoholic beverage while operating a motor vehicle on Sunday.

Westerly

A 17-year-old male from Westerly was charged with disorderly conduct on Tuesday.

Stonington

Sarah A. Mazzio, 25, of 117 Water St., Apt. 3, Stonington, was charged Wednesday with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused or suspended, and improper use of high beams.

Harry K. Botseas, 41, of 18 Rose Lane, Stonington, was charged Wednesday with first- and second-degree failure to appear.
