Karl E. Wallin, 49, of 2868 Old Coach Road, Charlestown, was charged Saturday with felony possession of a controlled substance, hashish oil; driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense, blood alcohol intent unknown; driving while in possession of a controlled substance, also a felony; and refusal to submit to a chemical test to determine intoxication. Police said the arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Interstate 95 in Providence. He was arraigned in 6th Division District Court where no plea was entered on the felony counts.
Cheryl Robinson, 40, of 6 Ranger Road, Westerly, was charged Tuesday on a Superior Court warrant for failure to appear on a technical violation on an original charge of breaking and entering with felonious intent. Robinson was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks and turned over to officials at the Adult Correctional Institutions.
Mikle J. Cucca, 30, of 100 Canonchet Road, Hope Valley, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.
Andrew C. Bernard, 27, of New Durham, N.H., was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct.
Cynthia M. Irvin, 31, of 70 Pierce St., Apt. A, Westerly, was charged Tuesday on a bench warrant from 4th Division District Court.
John M. Pettigrew Jr., 22, of Plainfield, Conn., was charged Friday with purchase/procurement of alcohol for a minor.
Dylan Albert Gendreau, 18, of Brooklyn, Conn., was charged Friday with purchase/procurement of alcohol for a minor.
Melanie H. Fox, 37, of Warwick, was charged Sunday with cyberstalking prohibited.
Raymond E. Allen III, 21, of 10 David Ave., Westerly, was charged Sunday with possession of marijuana, 1 ounce or less; and driving with a suspended license.
Stephen E. Howard, 38, of 568 Main St., Hopkinton, was charged Monday on a warrant from 4th Division District Court.
Harold Johnson, 24, of 32 Pierce St., Westerly, was charged Tuesday with sixth-degree larceny.
