Westerly

Roland L. Barnes, 38, of 8 North Main St., Bradford, was charged Saturday with a bench warrant issued from 4th Division District Court.

Vicki S. Devoe, 50, of 18 Wall St., Apt. A, Westerly, was charged Saturday with driving after denial, suspension/revocation of license. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Brendon Street.

Matthew D. Downing, 56, of 5 Pleasant St., Apt. 7, Westerly, was charged Friday with simple assault or battery, and disorderly conduct. The arrest was made on a warrant on Pleasant Street.

Jessica M. Hartley, 29, of 54 Boiling Springs Ave., Westerly, was charged Friday with receiving stolen goods, a misdemeanor. The arrest was made on a warrant.

David Thomas Mcguire, 26, of 35 High St., Westerly, was charged Saturday with a bench warrant, issued from 4th Division District Court, on obstructing an officer in execution of duty, and resisting legal or illegal arrest.

Joseph Silva, 23, of 16 Leonard Ave., East Providence, was charged Saturday with disorderly conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call on Atlantic Avenue.
