Benefit at school to help man with kidney disease


PAWCATUCK — A benefit for Brad Vernet, a local man diagnosed with kidney disease, will be held in Stonington High School’s senior parking lot, 176 South Broad St., on Friday, June 13, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Johnny and the East Coast Rockers will perform. Food and ice cream will be provided

Cost is $5 per student and $10 for adults. The event is sponsored by the Stonington High School student government.
