Community members gathered Thursday at  Wilcox Park to rededicate the Wilcox Memorial Fountain. The gathering included, from left, Alan Peck, park manager, Kenneth Parrilla, Westerly Town Council member, Sam Falcone, and David Sayles, a Lions Club member.
