WESTERLY — Killingly scored the game’s only touchdown in the second quarter and defeated Westerly, 6-0, in a 14U Southern New England Youth Football Conference game on Sunday.

Westerly linebackers Jimmy Powers, Jacob Nieves and Jason Discuillo played well, according to coach Joe Vacca.

Westerly put together a drive on its final possession, but came up short, stalling inside the 10-yard line as the game ended.

Quarterback Lance Williams completed a pass to Ben Gorman. John Sullivan also got off a 45-yard punt to pin the Redmen at their own 1.
