Westerly

A 16-year-old juvenile was charged Friday with simple assault or battery.

Anthony Dumsar, 31, of 3 Courtyard Circle, Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Friday with domestic simple assault or battery and domestic disorderly conduct.

A 13-year-old juvenile was charged Friday with vandalism and disorderly conduct.

Sherrie L. Shutsky, 44, of Preston, was charged Saturday with larceny under $1,500.

Erik DePina, 29, of Pawtucket, was charged Sunday on an arrest warrant from Rhode Island Superior Court.

Johanna E. Miliano, 22, of the Bronx, N.Y., was charged Monday with leaving an animal unattended in a vehicle with hazardous conditions.

Michael Alan Hogan, 27, of Manchester, Conn., was charged Monday with obstructing an officer in the execution of duties and resisting arrest.  

Jason G. Palmer, 27, of 303 Church St., Wood River Junction, was charged Monday on an arrest warrant from Rhode Island Superior Court.

Stonington

Christopher Charles Meserve, 56, of 4 Peabody Court, Westerly, was charged Thursday with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief.

David Pollack, 39, of Monroe, Conn., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence.

Stephen Dolgoruck, 52, of 55 Cross St., Westerly, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Michelle Maria Goulart, 48, of 779 Stonington Road, Stonington, was charged Friday with driving under the influence and failure to properly signal while turning.

Charles M. Royce, 46, of New York City, was charged Monday with driving under the influence and traveling too fast for conditions.

Hopkinton

Joseph A. Petit, 54, of 124 Arcadia Road, Hope Valley, was charged Aug. 28 with driving under the influence with an unknown blood alcohol content and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Andrew M. Curado, 49, of East Greenwich, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence with an unknown blood alcohol content and refusal to submit to a chemical test.

Dawn M. Maloney, 47, of 106 Highview Ave., Hope Valley, was charged Monday with domestic simple assault or battery and domestic disorderly conduct.
