Police: Woman caused 4 a.m. disturbance going door to door at Mystic hotel

STONINGTON — A Massachusetts woman was arrested early New Year’s Day after causing a disturbance that awoke patrons of a Mystic hotel. The woman, Kenna Andrews, of Plymouth, Mass., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and will be arraigned later this month in New London Superior Court.

The police said a guest at the Residence Inn, 40 Whitehall Ave., called dispatchers at about 4:20 a.m. and said that Andrews had knocked on several doors, waking people. Police said she was “looking for her friends even though she had her own room.” Confonted at the door, the woman threw her shoes at the guest, according to the police report. She was taken into custody without further incident, the police said.
