WAKEFIELD — The following cases were heard Friday in Fourth Division District Court before Judge James J. Caruolo:

Westerly■Jason A. Gauthier, 34, of 58 Stewart Road, Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, pleaded not guilty to a charge of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in damage to attended vehicle. He was released on a promise to appear Dec. 8.■James R. Marr, 32, of 145 Tower St., Apt. 4, Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear Dec. 8.■Briana E. McKinnon, 35, of 35 Bushnell Lane, Clinton, Conn., pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of liquor or drugs. She was released on a promise to appear Dec. 8.■Kelley McShane, 31, of 14 Boy Scout Drive, Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of liquor or drugs. He was released on a promise to appear Dec. 15.■Colin Scott Petrie, 23, of 4 Cronin Ave., Pawcatuck, was sentenced to alcohol counseling, a 45-day loss of license, a $250 payment to the Violent Crimes Indemnity Fund, and payment of court costs for a charge of driving under the influence of liquor or drugs.■James M. Stewart, 24, of 142 Main St., Westerly, was sentenced to a 30-day loss of license, three months use of an interlock devide, a $100 fine, 10 hours of community service, DUI school, and payment of fees and court costs for a charge of driving under the influence of liquor or drugs.■Benjamin D. Sumner, 53, of 77 Oak St., Apt. 1, Westerly, pleaded not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear Dec. 8.
