RIGHT NOW I’M IN THE MIDDLE OF: Setting up a new art studio named “Atelier Jeanne” on Lyme Street in Old Lyme.

I ENJOY SPENDING MY TIME: Painting, traveling, playing golf and watching movies with my husband, Robert.

MY PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT: Our two sons, Andrew and Jamie.

I’D LIKE TO BE REMEMBERED FOR: Being a good mother, wife and friend.

TOP ON MY BUCKET LIST: Live to be 100.

ALWAYS IN MY POCKET:My favorite shade of lipstick.

WHAT I WANTED TO BE WHEN I GREW UP:  An artist.

PERSON WHO HAS INFLUENCED ME THE MOST: My mother; and her name really was Marie Antoinette.

FAVORITE AUTHOR: Ian McEwan.

BOOKS ON MY NIGHT STAND: “A Gentleman in Moscow,” by Amor Towles and the “The Art Spirit” by Robert Henri.

I AM LISTENING TO: “Indian Summer” by the Crooked Angels (the second album released in Nov 2017 by our singer-songwriter duo that is our son Jamie and his wife, Amy.)

FAVORITE MOVIES: “Notorious,” directed by Alfred Hitchcock.

LAST MOVIE WATCHED: “The Night Manager” series based on a John le Carré novel.

FAVORITE TV SHOW: I don’t watch TV shows, I just stream movies and series on Netflix and Amazon.

FAVORITE SONG: Anything by Cole Porter.

FAVORITE COMFORT FOOD: Wood fired pizza or homemade pasta.

TRAIT I MOST ADMIRE: Kindness.

PET PEEVE: Rudeness.

MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT OUR LITTLE CORNER OF THE WORLD:  The ocean and working at Ocean House, where I am able to share the beauty and appreciation of art through the Ocean House Art Collection, the  Artists-in-Residence program, and the art lecture/demonstration series of “Up Close and Personal; How Artists Make Art.” The Ocean House is such a special place for guests and the community to experience art.

CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT: Art.

LITTLE KNOWN FACT ABOUT ME: I have run 10 marathons (includes six times in New York and Paris, France.)

BEST ADVICE I EVER RECEIVED: Things are sometimes not what they seem.

ADVICE I BEST LIKE TO GIVE: Enjoy every day and make every day count.

IF I RULED THE WORLD I WOULD:  Have more women in power.

IF I WON THE LOTTERY, THE FIRST THING I WOULD DO IS: Help our children and other children in need.
