RIGHT NOW I’M IN THE MIDDLE OF: Projects associated with my role as vice chair of the YMCA board of directors.

FAVORITE WAY TO SPEND MY TIME: Roadtrips with my kids, Gus and Poppy.

PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT: The fact that Mo Vaughn has a lifetime .167 batting average against me.

I’D LIKE TO BE REMEMBERED FOR: My fundraising work for the YMCA.

TOP ON MY BUCKET LIST:  Relaxing in the Easy Chair.

ALWAYS IN MY POCKET:  Reading glasses, sadly.

WHAT I WANTED TO BE WHEN I GREW UP: A  forest ranger.

PERSON WHO OR EXPERIENCE THAT HAS INFLUENCED ME THE MOST: Spending summers as a trip counselor at the YMCA of Greater Hartford, wow those kids were bad (in a REALLY fun way!).

FAVORITE TV SHOW:  Sue Aikens in “Life Below Zero.”

FAVORITE PET:  I once had a fly in my house that I grew very fond of — had a great personality for a fly.

FAVORITE COMFORT FOOD: Butter.

AMOUNT OF TIME I SPEND ON SOCIAL MEDIA: Other than in the bathroom, not much.

TRAIT I MOST ADMIRE: Humility (see Tom Brady).

PET PEEVE: People who say “whole nother” … but sometimes they are the most fun!

MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT OUR LITTLE CORNER OF THE WORLD: The people of course!  

CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT:  Playing ping-pong with my son.

LITTLE KNOWN FACT ABOUT ME:  In 1989, I spent more nights under the stars than in a bed.

BEST ADVICE I EVER RECEIVED: Avoid jail time.

ADVICE I BEST LIKE TO GIVE: If you’re buying a home, get pre-qualified.

IF I RULED THE WORLD I WOULD:Mandate kindness.

IF I WON THE LOTTERY, THE FIRST THING I WOULD DO IS: Build a three-story garage in Watch Hill to eliminate all the street parking, turn Bay Street into a pedestrian road and the parking lots into parks. Nice, huh?

I DRIVE A: Silver 2015 Chevy Cruze from Valenti.

I WISH I DROVE A: Ford Transit from Valenti. 

ALWAYS IN MY FRIDGE:  Before or after I went gluten free?

IF I COULD INVITE ONE SPECIAL PERSON TO JOIN ME FOR DINNER AND CONVERSATION, I WOULD INVITE:  Wade Boggs or Sam Fusaro.
