The listing agent was Serene O’Connor and the selling agent was Trevor Ainsworth, both from the Watch Hill office of Randall, Realtors.

The owner of record as of Jan. 5 is the Erich G. Strunk Revocable Trust of 2017, Cheshire, Conn. The previous owner was the Joanne Elizabeth Delmastro Revocable Trust, with a 2014 sale recorded as $900,000. The property is assessed at $857,300.
According to the property history on the Realtor.com website, the condo went on the market for $1.65 million on Nov. 28, and its asking price went as high as $2.5 million in 2010.
