MEAL MENU

For reservations, call Edie at 401-596-7216. Recommended donation is $3. Please make reservations on Thursdays for the next week. Menu is subject to change by the caterer.

Monday – Today’s meal is split pea soup, open shepherd’s pie, mashed potatoes, whole wheat roll, and dessert. Secondary option is turkey and Swiss on wheat roll.

Tuesday – Today’s meal is fresh fruit, cheese omelet, bacon, ham, home fries, and whole grain muffin.

Wednesday – Today’s meal is Caprese salad, chicken l’orange, broccoli, brown rice pilaf, and dessert. Secondary option is seafood salad on wheat roll.

Thursday – Today’s meal will be a Fathers’ Day meeting with Italian wedding soup, fried pork chop with gravy, roasted sweet potato, spinach, corn bread, and dessert.

Friday – Today’s meal is escarole and bean soup, Greek fish bake, cucumber and carrot salad, whole wheat roll, and dessert. Secondary option is egg salad on wheat roll.

TRIPS

Flyers for all trips are available in the tan box at the end of the counter at the front office and are displayed on the bulletin board outside the front office.

Boston Red Sox vs. Minnesota Twins at Fenway – Sunday, July 29. Cost: $68. Seats for the 1:05 game are in Rows 11 – 13 of Section 3. The bus leaves 30 minutes after the game. Return time is approximately 8:30 p.m. (South Kingstown Parks & Reccreation)

New Hampshire Chocolate & Wine Tour – Thursday, Aug. 16. Cost: $81. The first stop of this tour is Sanborn Fine Candies in Hampton Beach. Next is lunch at Warren’s Lobsterhouse in Kittery, Maine, for lunch. After lunch, travel to Lee, N.H., and the Flag Hill Winery for a tour and tasting of six different wines. Lighthouses of Boston Harbor – Tuesday, Aug. 28. Cost: $112 due at time of booking. Departs: 8:15 a.m. ETA: 6:30 p.m. Relax aboard a 90-minute narrated cruise aboard the Provincetown III highlighting the history of the five Boston Lighthouses.
