MEAL MENU

For reservations, call Edie at 401-596-7216. Recommended donation is $3. Please make reservations on Thursdays for the next week. Menu is subject to change by the caterer.

Monday – Today’s meal is hummus with pita chips, grilled chicken, rice Florentine (whole grain), baby carrots, and dessert. Secondary option is meatball grinder.

Tuesday – Today’s meal isis bean salad, beef tips, buttered corn, mashed cauliflower and dessert. Secondary option is stuffed tomato with tuna.

Wednesday – Today’s meal is roasted cauliflower soup, pork tacos with salsa, black bean salad, Mexican rice, whole grain tortilla and dessert. Secondary option is Italian grinder.

Thursday – Today’s meal is Lunch with the Chief, featuring strawberry spinach salad, cheeseburgers and hot dogs with fixings on wheat rolls, pasta salad, cole slaw and dessert. Secondary option is seafood salad on wheat.

Friday – Today’s meal is lentil soup, baked ziti with sausage and cheese, stuffed pepper, garlic bread and dessert. Secondary option is chicken sandwich on wheat.

TRIPS

Flyers for all trips are available in the tan box at the end of the counter at the front office and are displayed on the bulletin board outside the front office.

Bill Foster’s Down East Clambake, York, Maine – Tuesday, July 10. $88. After lunch, there will be a stop on your own at York harbor for shopping or viewing the town (South Kingstown Parks & Recreation).

Thursday — Line dancing 9:30-11:00 a.m.; Walmart shopping 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. – transportation provided.

Friday — Strength and balance exercise class 9-10 a.m.; writing class 10:15-11:45 a.m. Book Club meets the third Friday of each month, call for monthly selections; Stop and Shop 11 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – transportation provided.

CHARLESTOWN

Family Supper at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, 15 East Beach Road, 401-322-0088. Tuesday, March 27, 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. This meal is free to all members of the community.
