Granite Theatre holds auditions for John Van Druten’s 'Bell, Book and Candle'



WESTERLY — The Granite Theatre of Westerly will be holding open auditions for John Van Druten’s “Bell, Book and Candle,” tonight at 7 and Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the theatre, 1 Granite St., Westerly. The show, produced by David Jepson and directed by Anna Convery, will run for 11 performances between Oct. 12 and 28.

One woman and three men are needed for the cast, according to Associate Artistic Director Beth Jepson. The woman should be in the 20-40 age range, and the men in the 20-60 age range. The supporting role of Miss Holroyd is pre-cast, Jepson said.  

Those interested in auditioning should bring a head shot or current photo with them. Readings will be from the script and no appointments are necessary.
