The winter weather has passed and aside from some light rain, skies should remain somewhat clear on Wednesday.
According to the National Weather Service, there’s a 20 chance of showers between 2 and 3 p.m., otherwise greater Westerly can expect partly sunny skies with a high near 40. A west wind of 9 to 14 mph will blow with gusts up to 29 mph.
Wednesday night’s forecast is calling for a 20 percent chance of precipitation with a slight chance of rain and snow before 9 p.m. and a slight chance of snow showers from 9 p.m. to midnight. It will be mistly cloudy otherwise with a low around 31.
Thursday then brings more sunshine, with partly sunny skies and a high near 42.
