According to the National Weather Service, the greater Westerly are can expect sunny skies to end the week with temperatures reaching a high near 45. It is also expected to be windy at times, with a northwest wind of 13 to 15 mph and gusts as high as 36 mph, so it will remain cold.
Friday night will bring mostly clear skies with a low around 30 and a northwest wind of 5 to 9 mph becoming calm after midnight.
Saturday brings a 40 percent chance of showers, mainly after 3 p.m., with otherwise partly sunny skies early and high near 55. It will be breezy, with a light southwest wind increasing to 16 to 21 mph in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 33 mph.
