Some winter weather could strike the region in the morning, but precipitation is expected to turn to all rain by afternoon.
According to the National Weather Service, rain, snow, and freezing rain is in the forecast for Tueday morning before becoming all rain after 1 p.m. There is a chance of patchy fog between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. with a high near 50.
On Tuesday night, expect a 40 percent chance of rain showers before 11 p.m., then a chance of snow showers overnight. Otherwise it will remain mostly cloudy with a low around 24.
Wednesday brings more potential for wet weather with a 40 percent chance of showers, mainly before noon, with a high near 30. It is expected to be windy, with a 14 to 22 mph breeze and gusts of up to 48 mph.
