Jason Alan Pendexter, 39, of 69 Canterbury Road, Mystic, was charged Oct. 4 with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, breach of peace and unlawful entry into a coin machine.

Anita A. Longo, 32, of 435 High St. #25, Mystic, was charged Sept. 8 with two counts of violation of a protective order.

Brian Sievel, 31, of 37 Twining Farm Lane, Torrington, was charged Sept. 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Rachel E. Stockwell, 22, of 44 Applewood Lane, Avon, was charged Oct. 6 with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving at too slow a speed, and two counts of assaulting a public safety or emergency medical professional.

Chanel Passion Ferguson, 19, of 120 Gallup Hill Road, Apt. 3B, Ledyard, was charged Oct. 7 with operation of a motor vehicle by a minor with an elevated blood-alcohol level, failure to drive in the proper lane, and failure to signal properly.
