WAKEFIELD — A man charged with felony breaking and entering in Richmond was arrested again in South Kingstown on Friday morning.Patrick Celico, 18, of 155 Old North Road, South Kingstown, appeared before 4th Division District Court Judge Madeline Quirk for the second time this week after being arrested by South Kingstown police early Friday morning. According to Lt. Mark Healy, Celico was wanted on a warrant from 3rd Division District Court. However, when police got to his house to serve him with a warrant, they said he escaped out his bedroom window and ran away. He was later apprehended.Celico is charged with braking into a house on Miranda Drive in Richmond along with Louis Northup, 22, of 910 Curtis Corner Road, South Kingstown. Richmond police said the men took jewelry, a firearm and electronics. Also stolen was a collectible Ted Williams rookie baseball card. The card, according to Richmond reports, was later recovered.Celico, aided by the public defender, pleaded no contest to charges he violated conditions of his bail. Judge Quirk allowed Celico to take care of his warrant in 3rd Division Court on Monday and released him on $5,000 personal recognizance, reminding him he could be awaiting his next court date in prison.
